Billing Information

There are two options when it comes to paying for services:

  1. Billing through your insurance (both in- and out-of-network)

  2. Payment at the time of service (with reduced fee)

Before your initial appointment, please check with your insurance to see if I am a provider in your insurance network. You will also need to know if you have a co-pay and deductible. Your co-pay is due at the time of service along with the session charge if your deductible is not yet met. If you are covered by insurance, I will bill your insurance company. If I am an out-of-network provider, then I will collect the fee at the time of service and bill your insurance. The insurance company should then send the reimbursement to you. You are responsible for any charge that is not covered by insurance.
